Shipping and Handling

Merchandise will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment.  If paying by personal check, shipping will occur once funds have cleared.
 
All applicable taxes will be added to the total price of all merchandise.

 
Shipping is equal to 15% of the total sales price, including tax where applicable.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Returns are accepted and the item may be exchanged for another item.  The money will be refunded as long as merchandise is in new condition (damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the shipper).  Returns must be sent at least 2nd Class United States Postal Service.  Money will be refunded or the new item will be shipped as soon as the original merchandise is received.
